3） 具有在上海市备案的安全生产许可证；
4）拟派项目负责人：需具备电力工程专业建造师或机电工程专业二级及以上注册建造师执业资格，同时具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书。
5） 本项目不接受进口产品；
6） 本项目不允许接受联合体投标。
